THIS REFUND POLICY APPLIES ONLY IF YOUR ACCESS TO THE MYFITCOACH APP (THE "SERVICE") WAS PURCHASED DIRECTLY ON THE WEBSITE ACCESSIBLE VIA THE LINK https://www.myfitcoach.app/ (THE "WEBSITE"). ANY FEATURES OF THE SERVICE (SUBSCRIPTIONS, ADDITIONAL ITEMS) PURCHASED THROUGH AN APP STORE ARE SUBJECT TO THE REFUND POLICIES OF THE RESPECTIVE APP STORE. THEREFORE, YOU MUST CONTACT THE APP STORE'S SUPPORT TO REQUEST A REFUND.
We may change this refund policy at any time without prior notice, and it becomes effective upon its publication on the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the modified refund policies. If you do not agree with this refund policy, please do not use this service.
1. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES
If you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was displayed to you during the payment process, in addition to the refund rights available under applicable law, you are entitled to a refund, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- You contacted us within 30 days of purchase and before the expiration of your subscription period via email at support@myfitcoach.de or via support chat in the app; and
- You personally completed a total of 8 or more workouts of at least 60 minutes each on 8 different days in the app and can prove this with a screen recording or screenshots of the training plan from the app.
We will review your request and notify you (via email or support chat) if your request has been approved.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that only meeting all of the above requirements enables a full voluntary refund under the "Money-Back Guarantee". We want to clarify that this "Money-Back Guarantee" does not apply in the following cases:
- Personal reasons (you do not like the product, it does not meet your expectations, etc.);
- Financial reasons (you did not expect to be charged, that the free trial would be converted into a subscription, that the subscription would be automatically renewed or that the services would be subject to payment, etc.)
- Lack of usage (e.g. not opening or not using the app) is not a valid reason for a refund and is not covered under our Money-Back Guarantee.
2. GENERAL REFUND POLICIES
If you do not meet the above conditions, the fees you have paid are generally non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.
Please note that lack of usage or inactivity in the app does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. Once a subscription has been activated, full access to the app’s services is granted regardless of whether or how frequently they are used. It is the responsibility of the user to cancel the subscription in time if the service is no longer desired.
Note for EU citizens:
If you reside in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of digital content free of charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of contract conclusion. The right of withdrawal expires if the execution of the contract has begun with your prior expressed consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
